Формування стратегії розвитку об’єднаної територіальної громади на прикладі ******* сільської ради *******ського району Львівської області

Abstract

В першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто основи наукового підходу до стратегії розвитку територіальних громад в Україні, де охарактеризовано поняття, сутність, принципи функціонування та розвитку територіальних громад. Вивчено досвід міжнародних практик у вирішенні соціально-економічних викликів територіальних громад. Ознайомено з нормативно-правовими засадами здійснення стратегічного розвитку територіальної громади. Загальну характеристику соціально-економічного розвитку громади ******* сільської ради розглянуто в другому розділі. Також тут вказано на особливості системи управління

процесами розвитку територіальної громади та розкрито показники оцінки соціально- економічного розвитку громади.

В третьому розділі показано шляхи удосконалення соціально-економічного розвитку ******* територіальної громади, де вказано місію і стратегічне бачення розвитку територіальної громади та визначено цілі, пріоритети та основні завдання її стратегічного розвитку, а також розглянуто шляхи фінансового забезпечення стратегічного розвитку. In the first section of the qualification work, the basics of the scientific approach to the development strategy of territorial communities in Ukraine are considered, where the concept, essence, principles of functioning and development of territorial communities are characterized. The experience of international practices in solving socio-economic challenges of territorial communities has been studied. Familiarized with the regulatory and legal foundations of strategic development of the territorial community. The general characteristics of the socio-economic development of the community of the ******* village council are considered in the second chapter. Also here, the peculiarities of the management system of the development processes of the territorial community are indicated and indicators of assessment of the social and economic development of the community are revealed. The third chapter shows the ways of improving the socio-economic development of the ******* territorial community, where the mission and strategic vision of the development of the territorial community is indicated and the goals, priorities and main tasks of its strategic development are defined, as well as ways of financial support of strategic development are considered.
