Організація надання послуг суб’єктами туристичної діяльності Львівської області та шляхи її вдосконалення

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану та шляхів вдосконалення надання послуг суб’єктами туристичної діяльності у Львівській області. Розкрито теоретичну сутність туристичних послуг, дано характеристику їх основних видів. Описано структуру та організаційно-економічний механізм функціонування ринку туристичних послуг, визначено особливості його державного регулювання. Досліджено організаційно-економічне середовище надання туристичних послуг у Львівській області, зокрема: обсяги туристичних ресурсів регіону, структуру суб’єктів туристичного обслуговування, динаміку та структуру туристичних потоків тощо. Проаналізованопоказники надання туристичних послуг різними групами суб’єктів господарювання, здійснено оцінку якості та ефективності туристичного обслуговування. Визначено зміни в організації туристичного обслуговування, зумовлені негативним впливом глобальної пандемії Covid-19. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення організаційно-економічного забезпечення надання туристичних послуг. Зокрема, удосконалено стратегічні засади організації туристичного обслуговування у регіоні, розроблено алгоритм організаційно-економічного механізму модернізації надання туристичних послуг. Визначено напрями впровадження інновацій для поліпшення якості туристичних послуг та ефективного управління процесом їх надання. Проаналізовано екологічні та безпековіапекти здійснення діяльності у сфері надання туристичних послуг. The qualification work investigates the current state and ways of improving the services provision organization by tourism entities in Lviv region. The theoretical essence of tourist services is revealed, the characteristics of their main types are given. The structure,as well as, organizational and economic mechanism of the tourist services marketfunctioningare described and the peculiarities of its state regulation are determined. It has been studiedthe organizational and economic environment of the tourist services provisionin the Lviv region, in particular: the volume of theregionaltourist resources, the structure of tourist service entities, the dynamics and structure of tourist flows, etc. The indicators of the tourist services provisionby various groups of business entities areanalyzed, an assessment of the quality and efficiency of tourist services are given. Changes in the tourist services organization,caused by the negative impact of the global pandemicCovid-19 have been determined. Ways to improve the organizational and economic provision of tourist services are proposed. In particular, the strategic principles of the tourist services organizationin the region have been improved, and an algorithm of the organizational and economic mechanism for the modernization of the tourist services provision has been developed. The directions for the introduction of innovations to improve the quality of tourist services and effective management of their provision have been determined. It has been analyzedthe environmental and safety aspects of activities in the field of tourist servicesproviding.
