Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні засади управління кадровими процесами в реалізації кадрової політики підприємства. Виявлено фактори, що впливають на кадрову політику підприємства. Здійснено аналіз кадрової політики «***». Надано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення форм та методів управління кадровими процесами «***». The qualification work examines the theoretical foundations of personnel process management within the implementation of the enterprise’s personnel policy. The factors influencing the formation and effectiveness of personnel policy are identified. The personnel policy of «***» is analyzed, and the main issues in personnel management are determined. Practical recommendations for improving the forms and methods of managing personnel processes at the enterprise are proposed.
