Проект землеустрою щодо відведення земельної ділянки для облаштування прибережної смуги

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито питання проєкту землеустрою щодо відведення земельної ділянки для облаштування прибережної смуги, а саме встановленню меж водоохоронних зон та прибережних захисних смуг. Проведений аналіз має на меті висвітлити основні аспекти визначення меж прибережних територій, на які поширюється обмеження господарської діяльності, що в разі порушення законодавства, що може завдати непоправних наслідків екологічній стабільності локальних об’єктів. Також висвітлено правову основу та процедуру формування прибережної захисної смуги. Abstract In the qualification work of the "Bachelor" educational level, the issue of the land management project regarding the allocation of land for the arrangement of the coastal strip, namely the establishment of the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal protective strips, was revealed. The purpose of the analysis is to highlight the main aspects of determining the boundaries of coastal areas, which are subject to the restriction of economic activity, which in case of violation of the legislation can cause irreparable consequences for the ecological stability of local objects. The legal basis and procedure for the formation of a coastal protective strip are also highlighted.
