Управління розвитком територіальних громад в умовах децентралізації на прикладі ******* сільської ради (ОТГ) *******ського району Львівської області

Abstract

В першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто теоретичні основи управління розвитком обєднаних територіальних громад, де опрацьовано особливості управління ними та механізми його формування. Наведено методику аналізу основних показників оцінки управління розвитку ОТГ. Аналіз соціально-економічного стану ******* сільської ради, аналіз системи управління а також оцінку фінансово-економічної спроможності територіальної громади опрацьовано в другому розділі роботи. В третьому розділі показано шляхи вдосконалення системи управління розвитком територіальної громади де проведено обгрунтування заходів з децентралізації системи управління сільськими територіями. In the first section of the qualification work, the theoretical foundations of management of the development of united territorial communities are considered, where the peculiarities of their management and the mechanisms of its formation are elaborated. The method of analysis of the main indicators of the assessment of the management of the development of the OTG is presented. The analysis of the socio-economic condition of the ******* village council, the analysis of the management system, as well as the assessment of the financial and economic capacity of the territorial community is elaborated in the second section of the work. The third chapter shows the ways of improving the management system for the development of the territorial community, where the justification of measures for the decentralization of the management system of rural territories is provided.
