Інноваційні технології та напрямки розвитку індустрії гостинності в Україні

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню інноваційних процесів та інноваційних технологій, які відіграють важливу роль у забезпеченні розвитку компаній індустрії гостинності. В першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розкрито теоретичні аспекти сутності гостинності та її концептуальні засади. В другому розділі дослідження проведено аналіз тенденцій та оцінку можливостей інноваційного розвитку індустрії гостинності України. Зроблено аналіз результативності діяльності вітчизняних підприємств готельно-ресторанного господарства у довоєнний та воєнний періоди В третьому розділі роботи обґрунтовано можливості застосування зарубіжного досвіду у розвитку підприємств гостинності на основі інноваційних підходів. Запропоновано інноваційні зміни до підходів у проєктуванні готельних підприємств із застосуванням смарт-технологій. Рекомендовано напрямки, за якими доцільно розвивати wellness-туризм як сервісну інновацію індустрії гостинності. Розроблені перспективні напрямки розвитку регіональної індустрії гостинності в стилі глемпінг. The qualification work is devoted to the study of innovative processes and innovative technologies, which play an important role in ensuring the development of companies in the hospitality industry. In the first section of the qualification work, the theoretical aspects of the essence of hospitality and its conceptual foundations are revealed. In the second section of the study, an analysis of trends and an assessment of the possibilities of innovative development of the hospitality industry of Ukraine were carried out. An analysis of the performance of domestic enterprises in the hotel and restaurant industry in the pre-war and war periods was made. The third section of the work substantiates the possibility of applying foreign experience in the development of hospitality enterprises based on innovative approaches. Innovative changes to approaches in the design of hotel enterprises with the use of smart technologies are proposed. The directions in which it is expedient to develop wellness tourism as a service innovation of the hospitality industry are recommended. Prospective directions for the development of the regional hospitality industry in the style of glamping have been developed.
