Відведення земельної ділянки для будівництва і обслуговування багатоквартирного житлового будинку

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота спрямована на аналіз правових, організаційних і землевпорядних аспектів формування земельних ділянок та підготовки проєктної документації із землеустрою, необхідної для їх відведення у приватну власність з метою будівництва й подальшого обслуговування житлового будинку, господарських будівель і споруд на території м. Львова. У роботі опрацьовано методичний підхід щодо формування проєкту землеустрою для передачі земельної ділянки у приватну власність з метою зведення та обслуговування житлового будинку разом із господарськими будівлями і спорудами в межах міста Львова, із дотриманням вимог ефективного використання та збереження земельних ресурсів у сучасних умовах. This qualification thesis is devoted to the analysis of the legal, organizational, and land management aspects of land parcel formation and the preparation of land management documentation required for the allocation of land into private ownership for the construction and subsequent maintenance of a residential building together with ancillary buildings and structures within the city of Lviv. The study develops a methodological approach to preparing a land management project for the transfer of a land parcel into private ownership for the construction and maintenance of a residential building with ancillary buildings and structures in the city of Lviv. The proposed approach complies with the principles of efficient land use and the conservation of land resources under current conditions.
