Землевпорядні роботи при розробленні детального плану територій

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні та практичні аспекти виконання землевпорядних робіт при розробленні детального плану території. Досліджено сутність землевпорядних робіт, визначено їх основні етапи та особливості застосування геоінформаційних технологій у процесі планування територій. Проведено аналіз вихідних даних і умов формування детального плану території, що включає характеристику земельних ділянок, наявні планувальні обмеження.

The qualification work considers theoretical and practical aspects of land management work in the development of a detailed plan of the territory. The essence of land management work is studied, its main stages and features of the use of geoinformation technologies in the process of planning territories are determined. The analysis of the initial data and conditions for the formation of a detailed plan of the territory, which includes the characteristics of land plots, existing planning restrictions, is carried out.
