Дослідження точності визначення площ земельних ділянок для потреб земельного кадастру

Abstract

В роботі проаналізовано геодезичне забезпечення земельного кадастру в Україні. Наведені характеристики систем координат, що використовуються для виконання геодезичних робіт. Описано методику переходу з однієї системи координат в іншу, та процес координатного трансформування, вибір картографічної проекції для ведення земельного кадастру. Наведено переваги технологій RTK для координатного забезпечення топографо-геодезичних та кадастрових робіт. Описано методику встановлення меж та визначення площ земельних ділянок. Досліджено вплив переходу між системами координат СК-63 та УСК-2000 на зміни площі земельних ділянок. Визначено точність площ земельних ділянок з врахуванням кількості контурних точок та їх розташування. The work analyzes the geodetic support of the land cadastre in Ukraine. The characteristics of coordinate systems used for geodetic work are provided. The methodology of transitioning from one coordinate system to another and the process of coordinate transformation are described, as well as the selection of cartographic projections for land cadastre management. The advantages of RTK technology for coordinate support of topographic-geodetic and cadastre work are presented. The methodology for establishing boundaries and determining the areas of land plots is described. The impact of transitioning between the SK-63 and USC-2000 coordinate systems on changes in the area of land plots is investigated. The accuracy of land plot areas is determined, taking into account the number and location of contour points.
