Стан та напрями розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу у Львівській області

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню стану та напрямам розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу та розробці шляхів подолання проблем розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу у Львівській області. В першому розділі «Теоретико-прикладні засади становлення та розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу» розкрито сутність поняття готельноресторанного бізнесу й окреслено його роль в туристичній індустрії. Описано історію становлення готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в Україні і світі. У другому розділі «Аналіз діяльності готельно-ресторанного бізнесу у Львівській області» було охарактеризовано сучасний стан готельноресторанного бізнесу у Львівській області. Проведено оцінювання визначальних чинників становлення та розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу у Львівській області. Проаналізовано інвестиційну привабливість готельноресторанного бізнесу Львівщини. У третьому розділі «Перспективи розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу Львівщини» оцінено проблеми розвитку готельно-ресторанного бізнесу Львівщини в умовах невизначеності та способи їх подолання. Оцінено інновації в готельно-ресторанному бізнесі Львівщини. The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the state and directions of development of the hotel and restaurant business and the development of ways to overcome the problems of the development of the hotel and restaurant business in the Lviv region. In the first chapter "Theoretical and applied principles of the formation and development of the hotel and restaurant business" the essence of the concept of the hotel and restaurant business is revealed and its role in the tourism industry is outlined. The history of the establishment of the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine and the world is described. In the second chapter "Analysis of hotel and restaurant business in Lviv region" the current state of hotel and restaurant business in Lviv region was characterized. An assessment of the determining factors of the establishment and development of the hotel and restaurant business in the Lviv region was carried out. The investment attractiveness of the hotel and restaurant business of Lviv Oblast has been analyzed. In the third chapter "Perspectives for the development of the hotel and restaurant business of Lviv region" the problems of the development of the hotel and restaurant business of Lviv region in conditions of uncertainty and ways to overcome them are assessed. Innovations in the hotel and restaurant business of Lviv Oblast were evaluated.
