Стан, проблеми та перспективи розвитку готельно-ресторанної індустрії в Україні

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади та основні поняття готельно-ресторанної індустрії, загальну характеристику готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в Україні та формування туристичних послуг і основні завдання готельно-ресторанної сфери, також у роботі описано методику дослідження та оцінки готельно-ресторанної індустрії. Проаналізовано діяльності готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в Україні, надано оцінку сучасного стану та розвитку засобів розміщення готельно-ресторанних закладів в Україні. Також у роботі проаналізовано динаміку та можливості розвитку готельно-ресторанної індустрії в Україні, рентабельність діяльності та частка збиткових готельно-ресторанних суб’єктів господарювання, визначено вплив готельно-ресторанної індустрії на стан охорони навколишнього середовища. На основі результатів дослідження визначнено актуальні проблеми та перспективи розвитку ринку готельно-ресторанної індустрії в Україні, зазначено роль використання інновацій в готельно-ресторанному бізнесі для підвищення конкурентоздатності на ринку туристичних послуг. The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations and basic concepts of the hotel and restaurant industry, the general characteristics of the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine and the formation of tourist services and the main tasks of the hotel and restaurant sector, and also describes the methodology for researching and evaluating the hotel and restaurant industry. The activities of the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine are analyzed, the current state and development of hotel and restaurant accommodation facilities in Ukraine are assessed. The paper also analyzes the dynamics and opportunities for the development of the hotel and restaurant industry in Ukraine, the profitability of activities and the share of unprofitable hotel and restaurant entities, and the impact of the hotel and restaurant industry on the state of environmental protection. Based on the results of the study, the current problems and prospects for the development of the hotel and restaurant industry market in Ukraine are identified, the role of using innovations in the hotel and restaurant business to increase competitiveness in the market of tourist services is indicated.
