Науково-методичні підходи до просторового планування території територіальної громади

Abstract

Розглянуто поняття просторового планування території, проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід просторового планування території землекористувань. Наведено характеристику просторових територіальних умов Кам’янка-Бузької міської територіальної громади. Проведено SWOT-аналіз стану території територіальної громади. На основі проведеного SWOT-аналізу громади формуються пропозиції та проектні рішення. Для апробації підходів щодо просторового планування території сільськогосподарських землекористувань вибрано ТзОВ «Велесів горіх» та агроекологічний підхід до організації використання сільськогосподарських угідь. Розглянуто питання охорони праці та охорони природи.The concept of spatial planning of the territory is considered, the foreign experience of spatial planning of the territory of land use is analyzed. The characteristics of the spatial and territorial conditions of the Kamianka-Buzka urban territorial community are given. A SWOT analysis of the state of the territory of the territorial community was carried out. On the basis of the SWOT analysis of the community, proposals and project solutions are formed. For approbation of approaches regarding the spatial planning of the territory of agricultural land use, LLC "Velesiv nut" and the agro-ecological approach to the organization of agricultural land use were selected. Issues of labor protection and nature protection were considered.
