Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства: економічна сутність системи менеджменту персоналу: цілі, функції та формування системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства, методика оцінки ефективності системи менеджменту персоналу; аналіз системи менеджменту персоналу підприємстві ПрАТ «***»: загальна характеристика діяльності підприємства, аналіз фінансово- економічної діяльності підприємства, аналіз ефективності використання персоналу підприємства, оцінка існуючої системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства; напрями удосконалення системи менеджменту підприємства ПрАТ «***»: проєкт з удосконалення системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства, економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації запропонованого проєкту. The qualification work explores the theoretical foundations of the enterprise's personnel management system: the economic essence of the personnel management system: goals, functions and formation of the enterprise's personnel management system, methods for assessing the effectiveness of the personnel management system; analysis of the personnel management system at the enterprise of PrJSC "***": general characteristics of the enterprise's activities, analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, analysis of the efficiency of the use of the enterprise's personnel, assessment of the existing personnel management system of the enterprise; directions for improving the management system of the enterprise of PrJSC "***": a project to improve the personnel management system at the enterprise, economic justification of the feasibility of implementing the proposed project.
