Туризм і рекреація в Українських Карпатах: використання природного та історико-культурного потенціалу в контексті сталого розвитку

Abstract

Анотація Магістерська робота присвячена дослідженню туризму і рекреації в Українських Карпатах з акцентом на використанні природного та історико-культурного потенціалу в контексті сталого розвитку. У першому розділі роботи висвітлено теоретико-методологічні аспекти формування туристично рекреаційного потенціалу гірських територій. Розкрито сутність понять туристичний потенціал, рекреаційний потенціал, історико-культурна спадщина, сталий розвиток. Охарактеризовано ключові підходи до оцінювання природних ресурсів та об’єктів культурної спадщини як чинників розвитку туризму і рекреації в гірських регіонах. Висвітлено особливості функціонування туристично рекреаційної сфери в умовах екологічних та соціально економічних обмежень. У другому розділі оцінено сучасний стан використання природного та історикокультурного потенціалу в розвитку туризму і рекреації в Українських Карпатах. Надано характеристику основних видів туризму і рекреаційної діяльності, структури туристичних потоків та рівня розвитку інфраструктури. У третьому розділі запропоновано перспективні шляхи вдосконалення системи використання природного та історико-культурного потенціалу Українських Карпат у контексті сталого розвитку. Обґрунтовано напрями підвищення ефективності управління туристично рекреаційною сферою, зокрема через розвиток екологічного, сільського, культурно пізнавального та активного туризму. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо поєднання збереження природних екосистем і об’єктів культурної спадщини з розширенням можливостей для відпочинку, оздоровлення та зайнятості місцевого населення. The master's thesis is devoted to the study of tourism and recreation in the Ukrainian Carpathians with an emphasis on the use of natural and historical and cultural potential in the context of sustainable development. The first section of the work highlights the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of the tourist and recreational potential of mountain areas. The essence of the concepts of tourist potential, recreational potential, historical and cultural heritage, sustainable development is revealed. The key approaches to the assessment of natural resources and cultural heritage sites as factors in the development of tourism and recreation in mountain regions are characterized. The peculiarities of the functioning of the tourist and recreational sphere in conditions of environmental and socio-economic constraints are highlighted. The second section assesses the current state of the use of natural and historical and cultural potential in the development of tourism and recreation in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The main types of tourism and recreational activities, the structure of tourist flows and the level of infrastructure development are described. The third section proposes promising ways to improve the system of using the natural and historical and cultural potential of the Ukrainian Carpathians in the context of sustainable development. The directions for increasing the efficiency of management of the tourist and recreational sphere are substantiated, in particular through the development of ecological, rural, culturally informative and active tourism. Recommendations are formulated on combining the preservation of natural ecosystems and cultural heritage sites with expanding opportunities for recreation, health improvement and employment of the local population.
