Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено засади інноваційного проєкту розвитку підприємства агропромислового комплексу. Акцент зроблено на формуванні стратегічного бачення розвитку підприємства в контексті сучасних трансформацій аграрного ринку України. Запропоновано концепцію відкриття тваринницького комплексу як складової довгострокової стратегії підвищення економічної стійкості агрофірми та диверсифікації її виробничо-господарської діяльності. The qualification work explores the principles of an innovative project for the development of an agro-industrial complex enterprise. The emphasis is on the formation of a strategic vision for the development of the enterprise in the context of modern transformations of the agrarian market of Ukraine. The concept of opening a livestock complex as a component of a long-term strategy for increasing the economic sustainability of an agricultural company and diversifying its production and economic activities is proposed.
