Удосконалення системи прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі наводяться теоретичні основи процесу прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві. Показано сутність управлінських рішень, їх класифікацію, етапи та особливості. Проаналізовано систему прийняття управлінських рішень у ТОВ «***». Подана детальна характеристика підприємства, проведено діагностику його фінансово-економічного стану. У третьому розділі подано шляхи удосконалення системи прийняття управлінських рішень через впровадження інформаційних технологій в управлінський процес. На основі одержаних результатів дослідження зроблені висновки та пропозиції. The qualification thesis presents the theoretical foundations of the process of managerial decision-making at an enterprise. The essence of managerial decisions, their classification, stages, and specific features are revealed. The decision-making system at LLC “***” is analyzed. A detailed description of the enterprise is provided, and diagnostics of its financial and economic condition are conducted. The third chapter outlines ways to improve the decision-making system through the implementation of information technologies in the management process. Based on the obtained research results, conclusions and recommendations have been formulated.
