Відведення земель для встановлення меж присадибної ділянки в межах села Денисів Тернопільського району Тернопільської області

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі описано методику відведення земель для встановлення меж присадибної ділянки, особливості права власності на земельні ділянки на підставі безкоштовної передачі із земель державної та комунальної власності, методику розроблення технічної документації із землеустрою щодо встановлення (відновлення) меж земельної ділянки в натурі (на місцевості), наведено інформацію про об’єкт дослідження, відомості державного земельного кадастру, можливості отримання інформації з державного земельного кадастру, представлено геодезичні роботи при відведенні присадибної ділянки, використано відомості Державного картографо-геодезичного фонду, описано процедуру виконання топографо-геодезичних робіт, обґрунтовано проєктне рішення. The qualification work describes the methodology for allocating land to establish the boundaries of a personal plot, the features of ownership of land plots based on free transfer from state and municipal lands, the methodology for developing technical documentation on land management for establishing (restoring) the boundaries of a personal plot in nature (on the ground), provides information about the object of study, information from the state land cadastre, the possibilities of obtaining information from the state land cadastre, presents geodetic works during the allocation of a personal plot, uses information from the State Cartographic and Geodetic Fund, describes the procedure for performing topographic and geodetic works, and justifies the design solution.
