Геодезичне забезпечення встановлення (зміни) меж населеного пункту

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито теоретичні засади встановлення меж населених пунктів, зокрема стан встановлення меж населених пунктів в Україні, методичні засади зміни меж населеного пункту та правові засади розроблення проєкту землеустрою щодо встановлення (зміни) його меж, подано характеристику села Дернів Кам'янка-бузької міської громади Львівської області та особливості формування змін його меж, проаналізовано зовнішні та внутрішні фактори, що визначають конкурентні переваги й обмеження розвитку населеного пункту, описано результат встановлення меж с. Дернів, в тому числі вихідні матеріали при встановленні (зміні) його меж, а також геодезичні та кадастрові роботи при встановленні меж населеного пункту. Об’єктом зміни меж населеного пункту є село Дернів, яке розташоване за адресою Львівська область, Кам'янка-Бузька міська громада, Львівський район, Дернівська сільська рада. The qualification work reveals the theoretical principles of establishing the boundaries of settlements, in particular the state of establishing the boundaries of settlements in Ukraine, the methodological principles of changing the boundaries of a settlement and the legal principles of developing a land management project for establishing (changing) its boundaries, provides a description of the village of Derniv, Kamianka-Buzka urban community of Lviv region and the features of the formation of changes in its boundaries, analyzes external and internal factors that determine the competitive advantages and limitations of the development of the settlement, describes the result of establishing the boundaries of the village of Derniv, including the source materials when establishing (changing) its boundaries, as well as geodetic and cadastral works when establishing the boundaries of the settlement. The object of changing the boundaries of the settlement is the village of Derniv, which is located at the address of the Lviv region, Kamianka-Buzka urban community, Lviv district, Derniv village council.
