Abstract

Анотація Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостям підвищення ефективності діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери України. У першому розділі висвітлено теоретико-методичний базис підвищення ефективності діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери. Зокрема, встановлено сутність та зміст туристично-рекреаційної діяльності. Охарактеризовано ключові засади визначення ефективності діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери. У другому розділі здійснено ретельний аналіз аналіз ефективності діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери України. Проведено оцінювання діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери в Україні. Здійснено дослідження рівня ефективності діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери в Україні. У третьому розділі визначено напрямки підвищення ефективності діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери України. Висвітлено ключові можливості інтегрування зарубіжного досвіду діяльності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери. Сформовано модель підвищення ефективності суб’єктів туристично-рекреаційної сфери в Україні.

This Master's thesis is dedicated to studying the features of enhancing the efficiency of entities within the tourism and recreational sector in Ukraine. The first chapter covers the theoretical and methodological basis for improving the effectiveness of the activities of entities in the tourism and recreational sector. In particular, the essence and content of tourism and recreational activities are established. The key principles for determining the effectiveness of the activities of entities in the tourism and recreational sector are characterized. The second chapter conducts a thorough analysis of the efficiency of the activities of entities in the tourism and recreational sector of Ukraine. An evaluation of the activities of entities in the tourism and recreational sector in Ukraine is carried out. Research into the level of effectiveness of the activities of entities in the tourism and recreational sector in Ukraine is performed. The third chapter identifies directions for enhancing the effectiveness of the activities of entities in the tourism and recreational sector of Ukraine. It highlights the key opportunities for integrating foreign experience in the activities of entities in the tourism and recreational sector. A model for enhancing the effectiveness of entities in the tourism and recreational sector in Ukraine is developed.
