Abstract

АНОТАЦІЯ Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню стану та перспективам розвитку ресторанного господарства. В першому розділі «Теоретико-методологічні основи розвитку ресторанного господарства в Україні» розкрито теоретико-методологічні основи розвитку ресторанного господарства в Україні, розглянуто суть і поняття розвитку підприємств у сфері ресторанного бізнесу, охарактеризовано класифікація і типи підприємств ресторанного господарства в Україні, описано методологію та методи досліджень розвитку ресторанного господарства в Україні . У другому розділі «Аналіз розвитку ресторанного господарства в Україні» проаналізовано розвиток ресторанного господарства в Україні. Подано загальну характеристику діяльності закладів ресторанного бізнесу в Україні під час війни. Проаналізовано основнi тeндeнцiї pозвитку peстоpaнного бiзнeсу в Укpaїнi. Охарактеризовано використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в ресторанному бізнесі. У третьому розділі «Проблеми та перспективи розвитку ресторанного господарства в індустрії туризму» розроблено низку рекомендацій щодо шляхів розвитку ресторанного господарства в індустрії туризму. Визначено проблеми розвитку та запропоновано шляхи ефективного функціонування ресторанного господарства України. Визначено вплив факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища на діяльність ресторанів в Україні.

ANNOTATION The qualification work is devoted to the study of the state and prospects of development of the restaurant industry. In the first chapter "Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of the Development of the Restaurant Industry in Ukraine" the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of the restaurant industry in Ukraine are revealed, the essence and concept of the development of enterprises in the restaurant business are considered, the classification and types of restaurant business enterprises in Ukraine are described, the methodology and methods of research on the development of the restaurant industry in Ukraine are described. The second section "Analysis of the development of the restaurant business in Ukraine" analyses the development of the restaurant business in Ukraine. A general description of the activities of restaurant business establishments in Ukraine during the war is given. The main trends in the development of the restaurant business in Ukraine are analysed. The use of information and communication technologies in the restaurant business is described. In the third section "Problems and prospects of development of the restaurant business in the tourism industry" a number of recommendations are developed regarding ways to develop the restaurant business in the tourism industry. The problems of development are identified and ways of effective functioning of the restaurant business in Ukraine are proposed. The influence of external and internal environment factors on the activity of restaurants in Ukraine is determin.
