Формування та реалізація експортного потенціалу об’єднаних територіальних громад.

Abstract

На сьогоднішній час децентралізація досягає найбільших обертів, тому дослідження сутності територіальної громади займає важливе місце в процесі виявлення, виокремлення, розробки та відбору ефективних знарядь розвитку. Адже громада є одним з найстаріших соціальних інститутів в історії піднесення людства. В умовах сучасної світової глобалізації, яка зумовлена досягненням науково-технічного прогресу, розвиток територій є основою підвищення конкурентоспроможності на міжнародному та національному рівні, а ще забезпечує суспільний добробут населення. Ставлення людей до управління та державних справ залежить від рівня та якості життя людей, можливості задовольняння індивідуальних потреби, може впливає на способи покращення життя не лише окремих сімей, а й громади і суспільства в цілому. Це означає, що розвиток самоокупних об’єднаних територіальних громад в Україні є вагомим чинником успіху реформи місцевого самоврядування. Доцільність теоретичного вивчення та методичних аспектів забезпечення шляхів вдосконалення організації діяльності та експортного розвитку місцевої громади зумовила актуальність проблеми та вибір теми дослідження. ANNOTATION At present, decentralization is reaching its peak, so the study of the essence of the territorial community occupies an important place in the process of identifying, identifying, developing and selecting effective tools for development. After all, the community is one of the oldest social institutions in the history of the rise of mankind. In the conditions of modern world globalization, which is conditioned by the achievement of scientific and technological progress, the development of territories is the basis for increasing competitiveness at the international and national levels, and also ensures the social well-being of the population. People's attitudes to governance and public affairs depend on the level and quality of people's lives, the ability to meet individual needs, can affect ways to improve the lives of not only individual families but also the community and society as a whole. This means that the development of self-sustaining united territorial communities in Ukraine is an important factor in the success of local government reform. The expediency of theoretical study and methodological aspects of providing ways to improve the organization of activities and export development of the local community determined the urgency of the problem and the choice of research topic.
