Методичні засади відведення земельної ділянки в оренду для обслуговування будівель та споруд в межах червоних ліній

Abstract

У дипломній роботі розкрито теоретичні та правові засади відведення земельної ділянки в оренду для обслуговування будівель та споруд, особливості відведення земельної ділянки для будівель та споруд підприємств переробної, машинобудівної та іншої промисловості, теоретичні засади встановлення охоронних зон, проведено аналіз земельної ділянки товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю, подано інформацію про наявні в межах об’єкта землеустрою будівлі, споруди та обмеження прав на них, представлено результат геодезичних та кадастрових робіт при відведенні земельної ділянки, а також розроблення проекту землеустрою щодо відведення земельної ділянки для розміщення та експлуатації основних, підсобних і допоміжних будівель та споруд. The thesis reveals the theoretical and legal principles of allocating a land plot for lease for servicing buildings and structures, the features of allocating a land plot for buildings and structures of enterprises of the processing, machine-building and other industries, the theoretical principles of establishing protective zones, an analysis of the land plot of a limited liability company is carried out, information is provided about the buildings and structures available within the land management object and restrictions on rights to them, the result of geodetic and cadastral works during the allocation of a land plot is presented, as well as the development of a land management project for the allocation of a land plot for the placement and operation of main, auxiliary and auxiliary buildings and structures.
