Організація антикризового управління аграрним виробництвом Львівської області

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто теоретичні та методичні основи організації антикризового управління аграрним вириробництвом та ефективності управління ним, описано зміст і значення антикризового управління в сільськогосподарських підприємствах та чинники що на ного впливають. Систематизовано погляди вчених на поняття антикризового управління, з’ясовано суть, характерні риси, відмінності, переваги та недоліки різних видів антикризового управління. На основі проведених досліджень обґрунтовано шляхи удосконалення антикризового управління у та його вплив на ефективність роботи підприємств. The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization of anti-crisis management of agricultural production and the effectiveness of its management, describes the content and significance of anti-crisis management in agricultural enterprises and the factors affecting it. The views of scientists on the concept of anti-crisis management are systematized, the essence, characteristic features, differences, advantages and disadvantages of various types of anti-crisis management are clarified. On the basis of the conducted research, the ways of improving anti-crisis management and its impact on the efficiency of enterprises are substantiated.
