Управління інноваційною діяльністю сільськогосподарських підприємств Львівської області

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглядається економічна суть інноваційної діяльності підприємств в сучасних умовах, охарактеризовано особливості інноваційної діяльності в аграрному секторі економіки та методику аналізу і оцінки інноваційної діяльності підприємства. Досліджено стан розвитку агропромислового виробництва у Львівській області, проаналізовано інституційно-інвестиційне забезпечення реалізації інноваційного потенціалу в аграрному секторі, досліджено фінансовий механізм розвитку інноваційної активності підприємств аграрної сфери. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю сільськогосподарських підприємств, зокрема на засадах ризик-менеджменту інноваційного розвитку. The qualification paper examines the economic essence of innovative activities of enterprises in modern conditions. It characterizes the peculiarities of innovation activities in the agricultural sector of the economy and outlines the methodology for analyzing and evaluating the innovative activities of enterprises. The research investigates the state of development of agro-industrial production in the Lviv region, analyzes the institutional and investment support for the implementation of innovative potential in the agricultural sector, and explores the financial mechanism of innovation development in agricultural enterprises. The paper provides recommendations for improving the management mechanism of innovation activities of agricultural enterprises, particularly based on the principles of risk management in innovation development.
