Формування еколого-економічних засад системи природокористування регіону

Abstract

У дипломній роботі досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади інтегрованого природокористування на еколого-економічних основах, а саме визначено зміст, особливості та напрями інтегрованого природокористування, запропоновано методи оцінки комплексного природокористування, визначено проблеми та підсумовано зарубіжний досвід розвитку комплексного природокористування в лісовому господарстві. Доведено, що комплексне природокористування – це використання природних ресурсів та умов, що забезпечують досягнення визначених цільових показників, дотримання основних принципів всебічного економічного розвитку природно-ресурсного потенціалу, запровадження найбільш ефективних організаційно-економічних форм природокористування, дотримання основних принципів комплексного природокористування, застосування економічних механізмів та міжнародних правил та комплексу назрілих еколого-економічних проблем певної території на основі досягнення та підтримки природного еколого-ресурсного балансу. The thesis examines the theoretical and methodological principles integrated nature management on an ecological and economic basis, namely the content, features and directions of integrated nature management are defined, methods of assessment of integrated nature management are proposed, defined problems and summarized the foreign experience of the development of complex nature management in forestry. It has been proven that integrated nature management is a use natural resources and conditions that ensure the achievement of the specified target indicators, compliance with the basic principles of comprehensive economic development of natural resource potential, implementation the most effective organizational and economic forms nature management, compliance with the basic principles of comprehensive nature management, application of economic and international mechanisms rules and complex of ripe environmental and economic problems of a certain territory on the basis of achieving and maintaining the natural ecological and resource balance.
